Cognitrend's MBA course has been approved by the CFA Institute

The course, "A Practical History of Financial Markets" is aimed at selecting the most instructive episodes and trends from investment history with a view to better understanding the future. The lessons of behavioural finance research provide a key element to this teaching and Cognitrend was delighted to have been approached to provide the content.

The course forms one unit of the Edinburgh Business School's MBA programme and is distributed through their hugely successful distance-learning platform.
The CFA Institute, the international non-profit organization dedicated to meeting the highest standards for investment professionals has also approved the course for its Professional Development program - one of only a handful of third-party courses to receive this qualification.
